Description

KDX LogView is a reader designed to effectively view the contents of KDX Server log files. It can show statistics over totals, give data per-user and per-login, load entire folders of log files and perform advanced searches in those log files, so as to quickly and easily facilitate the viewing of the log files for the administrators. The extracted log entries can then be saved to disk so they can be sent to someone else or for later reference.

Features

KDX LogView has been designed from the ground up with speed in mind. This allows it to load the log files and sort the data in mere seconds, giving faster load times than other tools. Instead of you waiting for the application to calculate, LogView will be waiting for you to tell it what to do.

Almost everywhere you turn, LogView will give you statistics based on the logs. Amount of transfers, how many different people have logged in, how many times individuals have logged in, which files are the most popular and which ones need to be resumed the most.

The search speed is so fast, we're confident enough let it search the full logs as soon as you start typing, filtering away log entries not including the search string. This makes searching logs a breeze.

With the advanced search options, LogView can perform an astounding 96 different search combinations on the log files! Any number of these can be performed simultaneously, allowing you to pick out just the data that you want from the log files.

An entire screen is dedicated to showing which file transfers have taken place on the server. It holds both uploads and downloads and can be used to see which user(s) have uploaded what file and which file(s) are the most popular.

LogView has a fast yet efficient transfer size calculation system that allows it to determine exactly how many bytes have been transferred on any given file transfer. This works for partial transfers as well.

Entire folders of logs can be loaded automatically, amalgamating the contents into a single log in RAM. The combined log can then be saved or further analyzed with LogView.

Logs extracts can be saved as text files, so if you send a log file to someone, they won't need LogView to open it. Of course, if they have LogView, it can load the files and read the data all the better.

Do you have junk in your log files? LogView is able to go through the log files and almost entirely eliminate faulty log entries. Rather than looking at data that means little, you can look at what you want to see.

As is the case with any Haxial application, the appearance of the user interface is highly customizable. Supports "skins" / "schemes".
